Chain Diverter for MGH Operator – Holds the auxiliary chain out of the opening, enabling unhindered movement through the door and eliminating the need for a chain bag.

Fixed Panels – Any grille curtain is adaptable for installation within a fixed frame assembly.

Hood and Operator Covers – Metal cover designed to shield the coil or operator from outdoor elements, debris, or to comply with OSHA or UL 325 safety standards.

Powder Coating Grilles – We offer a powder coat finish in over 180 colors for perimeter components like the aluminum bottom bar, hoods, wall angles, tube, and fascia. Please note that this finish is not available for the grille curtain itself.

Performance Upgrades

Vibration Isolators – Reduces the amount of vibration caused by operation of doors and grilles.

LED Light Kit – Provides a high-visible status indication for rolling doors and grilles.

Magic Switch – A touchless activation system designed to operate doors and grilles with the wave of a hand. It is compatible with all operators that have a primary entrapment device and are configured for momentary contact to close.

High Cycle Construction – Upgrade to a special higher-cycle construction for up to 100,000 cycles.

High Cycle Springs – Durable, robust springs engineered to endure 100,000 cycles.

Seismic Performance Validation – Project specific seismic calculations are available for all rolling doors that are mounted face of wall to steel or masonry. Seismic performance validation is per ASCE 7-05.

SmartSync Wireless Remote Control – The anti-shock design of this remote is designed for industrial handling. Compatible with most motor – operated doors, grilles or counter doors. 

Safety & Protection

SmartSync Wireless Safety Edge – This is used to upgrade the existing sensing edge to wireless communication between the transmitter and the receiver. This eliminates the coiling cord in the door opening.

Sensing Edge - Designed with a flexible black rubber TPE material, our sensing edge has two fins that form to variations in the floor on both the interior and exterior of your door or grille. SafetyGard UL325 Approved Light Curtain – Prevents damage to an object in the door’s opening and minimizing damage to the closure itself. 

Entrapment Protection Device – Ensures that a motorized door or grille will not close on an object. If an object enters the opening, the entrapment protection device will stop the door or grille from closing and return to the fully open position. 

Guide-Mounted Interlocks – An electrical cutout switch to prevent motor operation if the locking device is not first disengaged.

Locking-Security Grilles – A wide variety of locking options are available to meet your security needs.

Manual Release System – If egress is required on a motorized grille, a wall mounted pull handle disengages the motor to allow the grille to partially open.
